News Flash*** We are honored to announce that Princess Leia has sold to Zanadu Farm Alpacas. Thank you Pamela Ray for your purchase of this beautiful girl. It is with some sadness that I’ve decided to list Skyline’s Princess Leia for sale. She is a gorgeous True Black female out of one of our favorite Dams, Skyline’s Peruvian Milana. Her sire is Skyline’s Jedi Master and this was his first-born, we were not disappointed. What we love about Princess Leia is her fabulous head, her density, and her crimp. This is not a surprise given her genetics which include Dark Shaddow, Rayo del Sol, Phoenix, Vic Jr., and Matador, and that is just the herdsires! The show judges liked her as well, placing her 2nd out of 11 at Alpacapalooza under Wade Gease, 3rd out of 8 at NW Alpaca Showcase under Kathy Klay, 2nd out of 8 at CABA Classic under Kristin Buhrmann, and 4th out of 6 at AOBA Nationals under Jill Macleod… she didn’t like her short tail! So far she has given us 2 amazing cria. Last years cria unfortunately died from some type of poison, so sad, but this year cria, a keeper for sure, is a very handsome True Black boy out of 38’s Midnight Special. Princess Leia is now rebred to Patagonia’s Celio and this is bound to be another amazing cria. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed with a purchase of Princess Leia or her upcoming cria. We are faced with having to downsize our herd so that means we have to place animals we would like to keep, on our sales list. Our loss will be your gain!
